Welcome to Mindmovement
I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness. When I started my education it was in psychology and while I pursued a career in finance as a chartered accountant, it didn’t take long for me to come back to my passion. In 2017 I embarked on my certification in mindfulness meditation, focusing on neuroscience. Being naturally curious, I started exploring how our diet and movement impact both our physical and mental health. Leading me to pursue my education as a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer.
My mantra for the last 20 years has been “Carpe Diem” and I try to live by it, seizing every opportunity to learn, practice and teach. My goal with Mindmovement is to share all of that with you. We work on creating realistic wellness plans that help you seize each day. We use tools like nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits to reach goals, whether it’s to enhance physical or mental performance, change your body composition, increase your energy or anything else that helps you to feel better each and every day.
