Here we go!
My goal at Mindmovement is to share what I’ve learned and how I practice with you so that you can put the best version of yourself forward, even on the most difficult days. We want you to be present to celebrate all that this spectacular life has to offer and make the impossible possible for at least one person every day!
Mindmovement has been in the making for almost 6 years. When I envisioned this offering it was meant to educate people on how to change their lives through mindfulness meditation, lifestyle choices and healthier eating. I never thought I would end up being formally trained in all three, to provide an offering and education to those that truly wanted to explore the possibility of change.
By immersing myself in a community of like minded individuals, I felt more resilient, stronger and ready to take on any adversity that confronted me. Now I want to share that with you. The idea that how we eat, move our bodies and think are are all related is not a new one. But in our worlds it’s not how we are traditionally taught.
In following certain protocols and developing my practice, I felt more resilient, stronger and at peace with who I was. Enabling me to be authentic with myself so that I could continue to build stronger and more authentic relationships with those around me.
